  • Activity Data: Cycling activities, including power data, heart rate, GPS coordinates (for distance/elevation calculations, not tracking), and timestamps.
  • Authentication Tokens: OAuth tokens required to sync with Strava on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our analytics services.
  • Calculate advanced metrics like FTP, Training Stress Score (TSS), and Power Zones.
  • Generate visualizations and charts of your performance.
  • Monitor the usage of our service to detect and prevent technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our database. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. We do not store your Strava password. Access to your Strava data is managed via secure OAuth tokens, which you can revoke at any time via your Strava settings.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website (e.g., payment processing via Stripe), conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Settings page within the application. Upon deletion, all your synced activities and derived metrics are permanently removed from our systems.
